Circular from East car park, Culross on a mixture of stony tracks, tarmac and grassland, passing through Low and High Valleyfield, Balgownie Wood, Muirhead, Righead Farm, Kirkton Wood, Waas Plantation, Culross Abbey and returning to East car park.
