We are the Hillingdon Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A moderate walk with a few hills. We start near St Lawrence Church at West Wycombe and head along the ridge to Saunderton. We then cross the railway line and the road and head on to Bradenham for an extended banana break. We then work our way through Naphill Common for lunch at Hughenden (approx 2/3 of the way through the walk) where there is a cafe and toilets. We then return to the cars via Downley Common.
There are public toilets just before the start. Just after you turn into Church Road, you can turn right (signposted) and drive along to the toilet block.
Turn right off the A40 just past West Wycombe Village on to Church Road. Follow the road past Hell Fire Caves and continue up the hill to the car park.
