Overview

This is the 11th and last leg of the Settle to Carlisle route.

We set off westward from Wetheral, heading past Scotby Shield and then NW to Scotbyand on to Scotby Bridge where we pass over the M6 motorway. After about 500m we head north to the River Eden, walk along the river to pass the Memorial Bridge, school and college towards Carlisle Station.
