We leave the car park along the river and turning off to take bridle tracks and paths up to Ingmanthorpe. We will follow Loshpot Lane to take us to the track that leads to Kirk Deighton. We will continue through Kirk Deighton and reach a track that takes us to the old railway line. We will follow it for a short while before turning into the suburbs of Wetherby to reach the centre.
Refreshments in Wetherby at the end of the walk. Fairly easy tracks but parts will be muddy. Toilets are available in Wetherby but we will not pass these at the start of the walk
