Overview

Our walk takes us up past farms and woodland onto moorland before reaching the trig point on Whitwell Moor. On our return via an ancient pathway we will pass earthworks, the remains of mill stone production and a guide stoop. Join the leader for lunch at Stocksbridge Leisure Centre at the end of the walk (optional)
