Overview

Join us for a lovely walk across fields to Abson, down through Golden Valley nature reserve, and back to the cars.

It is a bit up and down at first, and quite muddy, so walking boots are essential, and walking poles are recommended.

We will be having a break inside the porch at Abson Church to enjoy Lesley’s home made Christmas muffins, and Chris and Sue's mulled wine. If you prefer, by all means bring your own drink and snack for the break.

Everyone invited for a drink after the walk at the Griffin pub, 107 London Road, Warmley, BS30 5JN, which is a very short drive from where the walk ends.

Many thanks to Kingswood Ramblers for inviting us to join this walk.
