Overview

Starting in the village of Wicken, we will visit the newly refurbished windmill and then on towards the National Reserve at Wicken Fen taking in the mixture of watery fens, marshland, woods and farmland.

The walk is starting at Maids Head pub in Wicken, they have kindly let us park there and we can use the toilets at the start of the walk, afterwards they will be open for drinks and light lunch.

Please note parts of the walk is muddy so come equipped.
