Overview

This  figure of 8 walk is mainly on the flat and heads out from Barleymow Bridge and follows the tow path to Chequers Bridge, passing several reminders of the second world war and with the possibility of a kingfisher darting by. Looping back to Tundry pond, where we skirt Dogmersfield Park and onto Forest Park, before heading back to the Basingstoke Canal path at Broad Oak, for the return along the canal taking in King John's Hunting Lodge on the way.
