Description:  From the Coop make our way onto the canal to Strines.  Past Strines Station up to Brookbottom.  Onto NM Golf Club and return via Brookbottom Road and High Lea Park.

We normally stop for a drink after about an hour walking and we stop for lunch at about 12:30 so bring along a hot and/or cold drink and a packed lunch. 

It is good practice to bring spare warm clothing, a warm drink and spare food.
