Leaving start point crossing main road (carefully) to Upper Danbarch, to Sealyham Activity Centre, coffee at the church, Lower Hall, Ffynone if not to muddy (ok on recce), Lunch stop at GarneTurn , Hayog, Bill Cross, Little Treffgarne heading to Little Treffgarne rocks and back to cars.
Cattle most likely as seen on recce.
Grade is Strenuous ,length and pace.
Start point heading from Haverfordwest to Wolfscatle is the lay by just above main Nanty -Y-Coy lay by ,(but it can be a over spill location)
Sorry not suitable for dogs.
