Another chance to see the effectes of the new bypass on the footpath system.
Starting from Llanddewi Velfrey village we go east then cross under the new road to the north side of the A40 and use paths and tracks most of our current members have never walked. This section has some parts that although recently cleard will have started to grow back by the time of the walk so long trousers are recomended.
We cross back over the A40 at Fon for a less challenging walk through green pastures back to the village.
Woodland paths, farm tracks and fields and quiet country lanes.
There may be mud in places but not deep and be aware of trip hazrds on some sections.

Village hall car park, "donations of £1 per head." Situated in the centre of the village on north side of the old route of the A40. Also overflow parking in village.
