The only livestock encountered when I recced were sheep, but that might change!  Unsurprisingly there was mud and some very large puddles, so gaiters and poles are recommended.  There are 3 or 4 stiles but are largely in good condition.

The Causeway Bridge at Wolsingham is now fully open so the walk will go ahead as originally planned (phew!!)  Starting at Demesne Picnic Area.

The parking is £5 per day but there is also street parking available.
