Overview

After starting from Watermill Lane car park, we walk past Old Wolverton (Norman motte & bailey) castle, circle around the Floodplain Forest Nature Reserve and back to, and over, the Iron Trunk Aqueduct to Cosgrove. After a stroll along the disused Buckingham canal & Old Stony, we head into Stony Stratford.
The return trip is via the Stony bird sanctuary and the car park.
