Overview

Come and welcome in the New Year with our first walk of 2026. From the Warwickshire Lad pub the walk will take us through the delightful Arden countryside. We will pass through the pretty village of Tanworth-in-Arden, with its 13th C. church and near the Umberslade Children's Farm where we may be lucky enough to see alpacas. We will follow field, back and woodland fringe paths (given the time of year these may be a bit muddy) as well as village pavements, a lane and a wide track, once the driveway to 17th C. Umberslade Hall.

It is a generally level walk with a couples of inclines. There are no stiles.
