Walk takes you along the Stratford canal to Austey Wood. There is a steady climb to the top of the wood and then a descent to Cutlers Farm with great views. Pleasant walkthrough fields and then through Knowle Wood and arriving back at Cutlers Farm. The rest of the walk is through fields and quiet country lanes until we get back on the Stratford canal and retrace our steps to the start point.
Please note later start as there is a train Service from Moor Street Station arriving 10.06 – approx. 10-15 minutes walk from station to car park.Some of our walkers may wish to use it.
