Cornwall Wellbeing Walks is great way to get started with joining a local walking group. Ramblers Wellbeing Walks is England’s largest network of wellbeing walks, helping people across the country lead a more active lifestyle.

Active Cornwall manage the Ramblers Wellbeing Cornwall Walks. We will be working with group walks around the county that are led by friendly, specially trained volunteers and staff from various organisations including the NHS who are on hand to provide encouragement and support, making sure no one gets left behind.

As part of the wider Ramblers national programme, we are dedicated to removing barriers so everyone can enjoy walking.

Ramblers Wellbeing Walks are short local accessible group walks, designed to make it easier to start walking, moving more and staying active.
