Welcome to Havant Borough Wellbeing walks!

Wellbeing Walks Havant are coordinated by Havant Borough Council and delivered by a network of trained volunteers, offering a range of walking groups for all fitness levels.  We currently have lovely walks in Havant, Emsworth and Hayling Island areas and looking to develop more walks in 2023! Walks are all free and take advantage of the beautiful areas we have in the borough.

Walking is a great way to lead an active, healthy lifestyle in a fun, friendly and relaxed environment. Through the delivery of our Wellbeing Walks, we aim to address issues of loneliness, isolation, as well as mental and physical health.

Walkers should be suitably dressed and wear flat comfortable shoes to walk in! Apart from this, you can just turn up on the day and our Volunteer Walk Leaders will make you feel extremely welcome. There is a sign up form on the website if you wish to join prior to the walk.

We are looking for more walk leaders! If you are interested please get in touch with the coordinator
