Ramblers Wellbeing Walks, Maidstone are easy and short which you can do at your own pace. They are open to all age groups and abilities and are friendly, safe and free. The walks are throughout the week. Strict guidelines are followed to reduce the spread of Coronavirus.  

There are 4 walking groups in Maidstone which are in various areas, depending on your postcode.  

Our Walk Leaders are supportive and remain committed to guiding you through the walk with ease. You are welcome to these inclusive groups irrespective of your background, disability, sexuality and ethnicity. 

Regular walking can lower your blood pressure, boost your immune system, help you to maintain a healthy weight and improve your mental wellbeing.

Getting started with walking

Our Wellbeing Walks make getting active easier, for everyone. Because you’ll be walking with others, you’ll feel safe, be supported, and have fun along the way.
