a group of wellbeing walkers in an autumnal park

We provide easy and short group walks around the borough of Maidstone.  The walks are open to all age groups and abilities and are friendly, safe and free.

Currently our walks are located in:

  • Mote Park
  • Maidstone Town Centre (along the River Medway)
  • Coxheath
  • Cherry Orchard (near Hermitage Lane, Maidstone).

Our Walk Leaders are supportive and remain committed to guiding you through the walk with ease.

Regular walking can lower your blood pressure, boost your immune system, help you to maintain a healthy weight and improve your mental wellbeing.
