‘Walk This Way’ – Free Wellbeing Walks in Teignbridge

Explore Teignbridge with free, friendly walks – from Dawlish and Teignmouth to Newton Abbot and beyond.

Walking is the simplest, no fuss way to feel better. For over 20 years, ‘Walk This Way’ has helped hundreds of people stay active, boost mental wellbeing, and make new friends. Our free, volunteer-led walks take place in beautiful parks, woodlands, and nature reserves across Teignbridge. Whether you’re looking for a gentle stroll or a sociable walk with a cuppa, you’ll find a warm welcome. Join us today!

We offer three levels of walks to suit your mood and ability. All walks are FREE OF CHARGE, and everyone is welcome!

If it’s Your First Walk with Us or Before You Enrol

* For your first walk you can either ‘Sign Up’ online before you attend or complete a form on the day.
* We provide an ICE card (In Case of Emergency) for you to complete and carry on walks. This is for emergency contact and any medical conditions you want to share
* We take a register or do a ‘head count’ for each walk

Join Ramblers Wellbeing Walks Teignbridge for short, local and accessible walks to help you get more active.

Join your Wellbeing Walks Group

  • Walks are over easy ground and taken at steady pace to suit everyone 

  • Walks range from 10 to 90 minutes in length 

  • At least one short walk a week, starting at the same time and place every week 

  • All walks are accessible on foot or by public transport   

  • You only need to join a group once to access all future walks
