Walk This Way – Wellbeing Walks in Teignbridge

Discover the joy of walking!
For nearly 20 years, our welcoming walks have supported hundreds of people in staying active, improving mental wellbeing, and building meaningful connections in the local community.

What We Offer

  • FREE, volunteer-led social walks in Teignbridge’s beautiful parks, woodlands, and nature reserves.
  • All Walk Leaders are fully trained.
  • Friendly group walks, often with a cuppa, are at the heart of Walk This Way.

Choose Your Walk 

We offer three levels of walks to suit your mood and ability. All walks are FREE OF CHARGE, and everyone is welcome! 

Mondays 

  • Dawlish (Grades 1, 2, + 3) – 10:15 am 

Tuesdays 

Wednesdays 

Thursdays 

Teignmouth Alice Cross Occasional Wellbeing Walk (no specific dates)

If it’s Your First Walk with Us or Before You Enrol

  • For your first walk you can either ‘Sign Up’ on-line before you attend or complete a form on the day.

  • We provide an ICE card (In Case of Emergency) for you to complete and carry on walks. This is for emergency contact and any medical conditions you want to share 

  • We take a register or do a ‘head count’ for each walk

Join Ramblers Wellbeing Walks Teignbridge for short, local and accessible walks to help you get more active.

Join your Wellbeing Walks Group

  • Walks are over easy ground and taken at steady pace to suit everyone 

  • Walks range from 10 to 90 minutes in length 

  • At least one short walk a week, starting at the same time and place every week 

  • All walks are accessible on foot or by public transport   

  • You only need to join a group once to access all future walks
