wellbeing walkers going across a bridge

West Berkshire offers 16 regular walks taking place either monthly, twice a month or weekly from various locations across the district.

Some take in some of the beautiful West Berkshire countryside, and some meet locally from local greens, commons and doctors surgeries.

Everyone over 18 is welcome to attend a West Berkshire Wellbeing Walk and will be given a warm welcome by all of our wonderful walk leaders. The walks are accessible to all and everyone is welcome to walk at their own pace and enjoy walking and making new friends.
