Ramblers Wellbeing Walks in Cumbria are co-ordinated by Active Cumbria.

Our aim is to enable and encourage as many people as possible to improve their health and wellbeing and become more physically active through walking.

All walks are led by trained volunteer Walk Leaders across Westmorland & Furness and provide a great opportunity to improve your health while exploring your local area and meeting new people.

Walks aim to be suitable for people of all ages and abilities and our leaders will ensure you walk at a pace that’s comfortable for you.

Ramblers Wellbeing Walks Westmorland & Furness is part of the Ramblers Wellbeing Walks Cumbria.
