Overview

This lovely walk goes up to the cliff tops with a lovely view across Sole Bay, behind the Greyfriars medieval Friary, through Greyfriars Woods and across parts of Dunwich Heath. This is a grade 5, 90 minute walk.

The meeting point for the walk is the Flora Tea Rooms, Dunwich (meet near toilets in beach car park); car park donations welcome. Dogs are welcome on a short lead. There are toilets and refreshments available to purchase after the walk.

You don't need to pre-book to attend the walk, you can just turn up. If this is your first Wellbeing Walk, you will be asked to complete a New Walker Registration Form before the walk starts. This will be given to you by the walk leaders
