Join Fiona and Margaret for a walk around the village of Sweffling, near Saxmundham for a picturesque walk through the Alde River valley.
This is a grade 4, 90 minute walk (approx 3.5 miles) meeting at Sweffling Village Hut, The Street, Sweffling, IP17 2BN. Please note, most of the walk is an easy grade 4 except for a short steep slope with five steps down to a bridge crossing The Gull at the beginning of the walk.
Dogs are welcome to attend but must stay on a short lead at all times. There is free parking behind the village hut. Please park considerately. There are toilets and refreshments available to purchase locally. Please note this walk is not accessible via public transport and not suitable for wheelchair users.
You do not need to book to attend this walk. If it is your first Wellbeing Walk, your walk leaders will ask you to complete a new walker registration form before the walk starts.
