Overview

Come and join this friendly walking group as we gently explore Mindfulness techniques and how you can get the best out of your walks around Stoke Park.

We also hope that you will meet new people and find new friends to share your walks with. We start at the Hub in Lockleaze and return there in time to enjoy a cuppa or food and a chat together.
