Walks are over easy ground and taken at steady pace to suit everyone
Walks range from 10 to 90 minutes in length
At least one short walk a week, starting at the same time and place every week
All walks are accessible on foot or by public transport
You only need to join a group once to access all future walks
A walk around town and Christchurch Park in Ipswich with Ipswich Town Foundation. This is a grade 2 walk, walking up to 45 minutes.
Meet at the Cornhill outside the Town Hall, IP1 1DH, ready to start at 1pm.
There are plenty of pay and display car parks around town such as Crown Car Park, and refreshments and toilet facilities available at Christchurch Park, as well as in town.
This route is suitable for wheelchair users and accessible via public transport, with Tower Ramparts bus station a short walk away from the meet point - please see local timetable for more details. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a short lead.
No need to pre book, please just turn up on the day. If this is your first Wellbeing Walk you will be required to complete a registration form before the walk. This form will be given to you by the walk leader.
