Overview

Join us for a slow, mindful walk lasting around 60-90 min, incorporating elements of the Japanese practice Shinrin Yoku or ‘Forest Bathing’. The simple method of being calm & quiet amongst trees, observing nature around you, whilst breathing deeply can help de-stress, lower anxiety, blood pressure and boost health & wellbeing in a natural way. On this guided walk we’ll offer a series of invitations and calming mindful practices to help us become more aware of & connect with the nature around us. Leaving us feeling calmer, happier & more relaxed. All these sessions are free and there is no need to book.

Meet at Dip Farm car park on Corton Road, NR32 4PR.
