Join us for a slow, mindful walk lasting around 60 minutes, incorporating elements of the Japanese practice Shinrin Yoku or ‘Forest Bathing’. The simple method of being calm & quiet amongst trees, observing nature around you, whilst breathing deeply can help de-stress, lower anxiety, blood pressure and boost health & wellbeing in a natural way. On this guided walk we’ll offer a series of invitations and calming mindful practices to help us become more aware of & connect with the nature around us. Leaving us feeling calmer, happier & more relaxed. All these sessions are free and there is no need to book.
Meet at the entrance to the woods, at the north end of Gunton Church Lane, NR32 4LF.
There is on road parking available for free, but no planned refreshments or toilet facilities. Please note that this walk is not suitable for wheelchair users due to the terrain.
