Overview

Step outside and reconnect with nature on our friendly, guided Wellbeing Walks. Whether you want to lift your mood, meet new people, or simply enjoy some fresh air, these walks are a gentle and enjoyable way to boost your health and wellbeing.

Every Thursday morning, we explore the beautiful Decoy Country Park on a Grade 1 walk lasting 20 – 60 minutes. Our route usually follows the scenic Blue Trail around the lake, with plenty of pauses to take in the views, spot local wildlife, and simply relax. Most weeks finish with a cuppa, the perfect chance to chat and unwind.

The path is mainly flat with gentle slopes and firm surfaces, making it accessible for pushchairs, wheelchairs, and mobility aids.

We’re a friendly, welcoming bunch and would love to see you there! Well-behaved dogs are welcome too!

We meet just before 11 am between the Decoy Kiosk (Apps Ice Cream) and the watersports center. Car parking nearby (charges apply). Public toilets nearby.

If you have any questions about the walk, please contact Louise on 07852994622
