Come and join the Westmorland and Furness Health and Wellbeing team for a weekly wellbeing walk. A great way to be active and get outside for an inclusive, social and friendly walk. All abilities welcome. We will rest and regroup during the walk as needed.
We have four routes available; the route will be decided on the day depending on participants and preference.

WALK 3 DESCRIPTION – A 3km walk from the library, up Fell Lane, along Nicholson lane, down Lowther street back to the Library.
