Overview

Come along and join our weekly wellbeing walk. We meet every Friday at 10am just outside of St Edmunds Church and walk for up to 90 minutes covering about 3.5 miles. The walks are over mixed terrain and may include slopes or steps as well as un-made footpaths. It is a friendly group and they like to go to a local coffee shop afterwards for a cuppa and a chat.
