Overview

Enjoy sociable, Grade 1 wellbeing walks every Tuesday along the stunning Teignmouth coastline and beyond. Easy-paced, up to 30 minutes, with no hills or steps wherever possible, and always finishing at a café for coffee and conversation. 🐾 Well-behaved dogs are welcome too!

These walks are perfect for anyone looking to stay active, connect with others, and explore local history, nature, and themes such as tree identification, folklore, or poetry. We often enjoy a laugh, and the group is friendly and welcoming. You can join every week or dip in and out as you like.

Sometimes we catch a bus to start the walk and return by bus or ferry, adding variety and interest to our routes. A WhatsApp group keeps everyone updated on plans and themes.

When and Where:

Every Tuesday at 10:30 am. We usually meet at Teignmouth Lighthouse (TQ14 8BN), but if we’re catching a bus, we meet at the bus stop by the Post Office. Car parking and toilets are nearby (charges may apply).

If you have any questions or would like to join the WhatsApp group, please contact Geoff on 07736 528710.
