We often run this stroll throughout the year so this is a great chance to trial it as part of Walk This Way!
Stroll along the same route as Carlisle parkrun on their lapped route. This is a great chance to get a good walk in for as many laps as you would like on the route they use. Five kilometres or 3.1miles or sixty minutes of walking around a park and nattering. Finish off with a hot drink or refreshments from Morton Manor Community centre café.
Meet us at 1pm in Morton Manor Community centre Café for a walk around Chances Park with plenty of chat, nature and steps. After about an hour we will head back to the café for the chance for refreshments, if you would like some.
This is a great chance to experience the route of Carlisle parkrun and learn all about it or just get a good walk in!
