This event is being held on a site that has seen woodland creation and other habitat enhancement works take place over the last few years. It is owned by Cheshire West and Chester Council and is not normally open to the public. We will be introducing the site and the context of the works that have taken place so far and the future plans. Between 10am and 11am there will be a guided walk around the site with a focus on a different theme each month like tree identification. From 11am there is an opportunity to enjoy the site further and get involved in some volunteering tasks should you wish.

These are former farmland sites so have rough and sometime muddy terrain. There are no permanent facilities on site in terms of toilets or running water, however we hope to be able to provide some temporary facilities on the day. We will also have some portable refreshment facilities available.
