This page is being used to communicate to members and volunteers the status of any reported issues while using the Ramblers Mobile App.

Recent fixes and updates

Missing Routes
All versions - 8 October 2025

Fixed an issue preventing some newest routes, especially those featured in Walk Magazine, from appearing in route results.

 

Known Issues

The following issues are known to us and are under development for fixes in an upcoming app update. Any known workarounds will be included below.

Select from list - Walk Register crashes
Android devices - Fix expected in October 2025 update

An issue which can cause the app to automatically close when using the "Select from list" function of Walk register submission

Truncated results and walk details
Android & iOS devices - Fix expected in October 2025 update

An issue which prevented full lists of walks from returning in search results, or some details such as w3w or additional details getting shortened. This is caused by your device caching previous app data, and can be resolved by clearing your devices app data cache for the app, or delete and reinstall the app.

No Results
iOS devices - Fix expected in October 2025 update

An issue which results in "No Led Walks" appearing when using search on some iPhones.

 

Future Enhancements

We welcome suggestions for improving the Ramblers App and will carefully review each suggestion we receive and consider the feasibility, value, and alignment with Ramblers goals. Our aim is to continually improve the experience you receive from the app.
