Overview

Newton Stewart Walkfest is celebrating its 20th event this year with more than 30 varied guided walks and evening events.

The majority of easy, moderate and moderate plus walks are led by members of the Wigtownshire Ramblers Group.  The more strenuous walks are led by members of the Galloway Mountain rescue team.
