Overview

Today our linear walk starts in the village of Bulcote. The 10.05am No.26 bus drops us off at Holy Trinity Church and we head through Bulcote to the mighty River Trent. At Gunthorpe we cross the river and pass the site of the original river crossing on our way to East Bridgford. Occupation Lane takes us over the Roman Fosse Way and New Lane takes us to Car Colston. After our lunch stop we continue over open countryside to the  market town of Bingham. Here we hop on the Mainline Bus back to Nottingham.
