Overview

We walk north below Birchen Edge, cross the A621 to coffee stop at Wellington's Monument. Continue north on Baslow, Curbar and Froggat Edges to lunch stop at the Grouse Inn (hopefully). After lunch its uphill onto White Edge which we follow southwards, crossing the A621 again then, walking along the base of Birchen Edge, we pass  the Nelson Monument back to the start point at the Robin Hood pub.  Slopes but not steep.
