Overview

A lonely (hopefully not too lonely) route through the hills on the south west edge of the Pentlands. Gaining the foot of Black Hill, we climb to the top of Bleak Hill before crossing the moor to Little Sparta, then back to the cars via Dunsyre pretty church and graveyard. May well be wet underfoot in places! The whole walk is exposed with no sheltered areas so if very windy, cold and wet, I may postpone to later in the Spring.
