We are the Calderdale Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
An undulating walk with good elevations and excellent views on a good day. Your knowledgeable and experienced guide will take you across beautiful moorland landscapes as spring arrives.
As ever, moorland walks can suffer from changeable weather conditions so wet-weather clothing and boots are recommended. Bring a packed lunch and drink to enjoy in good company, before making use of the hostelries of Milnrow at the end of your ramble.
There may be some climbs and stiles. Well-behaved dogs on a lead please as at this time of year we may encounter early lambs and ground-nesting birds.
