A leisurely 5 mile walk starting outside The Red Lion Pub in High Lane. The route will take us into Lyme Park. The route follows Ladybrook Valley, passing the cage, Lyme Hall, Platt Wood before returning to High Lane. There is an optional pub lunch at the Red Lion after the walk.
If you plan to stay for lunch then parking is available at the pub, otherwise there are a number of car parks in High Lane if you are not planning to stay for the pub lunch. The pub car park has ANPR and requires all cars to register when visiting the pub.
