Overview

The walk starts at the White Lion pub in St Leonards and goes to "The Crong" via Dancers End Nature reserve which is particularly noted for its scarce flowers which should be at their best in May.

There are 2 hills - one down and a shorter one up; otherwise the walk is mainly on levelish paths through farmland and woods.
