Wrap up warm and don't be put off by the old rhyming couplet, “Stow on the Wold where the wind blows cold and the cooks can’t roast their dinners.” Stow on the Wold is the highest Cotswold town and from the walk route in the nearby countryside we will frequently be able to spot the church spire. There are lots of eateries to choose from and lots of history to discover for those wishing to stay in Stow for the afternoon.
