The outgoing committee will present a report on the year's activities, annual accounts will be presented for approval and a new committee and independent examiner will be elected. Members who wish to submit motions for discussion should send them to the Secretary via info@wokingramblers.org no later than 01 November.

Sandwiches will be provided. Self pay drinks available.
