Overview

We will catch the train to Betws Y Coed then the T10 bus to Ty Hyll. There is free travel with Welsh bus passes on this trainline.

Then have coffee at the Ty Hyll cafe before starting the walk. (If you do not wish to use the cafe there are gardens and woodland at Ty Hyll belonging to the Snowdonia Society that you can explore).

Then there is a lovely wooded riverside walk along the Llugwy stopping to view the Swallow Falls. A picnic near the end in the meadows before arriving at Betws y Coed.

Before the train back(just after 3pm)there should time for a wander around the town or another cafe or a rest in the park
