NESFIELD MOOR & MIDDLETON WOODS

Saturday, 27 April 2019

Start time: 11:00
(Estimated finish time: 15:00)

Moderate 7 miles / 11.3 km

Group Leeds

Received an email a few days ago from a couple asking if they can come on the walk. Saw it on my phone & intended to reply from my laptop at home but its vanished into the ether. It's not in old email, recently deleted, or spam. My apologies to the couple and of course they are most welcome to join us

You will be aware of the fires on Ilkey Moor.  This walk does not go to Ilkley Moor. It goes up the opposite side of the valley to Long Ridge and Middleton Moor and hopefully not affected by the fires. Rest assured that safety is my first priority and I wouldn't lead you towards a fire . Should there also be fires on Middleton Moor I'm sure I can lead you on a safe alternative walk
