This is a linear walk
The walk is an old Pilgrims Route and some sections have become minor roads and others are tracks to houses and farms. Sometimes we cross open, mainly arable fields. Other times on narrower tracks and bridleways where if it has been wet can be muddy. Consequently good footwear along with layers of clothes for all weathers are necessary. Bring food and drink for a picnic and a full day. Toilets at and near the Station at the start and finish.
