This Staffordshire walk through rolling woodland and pasture has a few stiles and is only a short journey from Sandwell. It is cleverly situated between Sutton Road, the A5, the M6 Toll and the A38. This area was once part of the Benedictine priory estates of Canwell but eventually passed to West Midlands County Council. The walk includes The Old School House at Weeford and Weeford Church. We cross Black Brook and pass Weeford Stables. We walk through Hints, pausing at St Bartholomew’s Church and pass Brockhurst Farm and Black Brook Farm. This walk was previously led by Don.
For car share, Sandwell Road Car Park, West Bromwich.
