With an earlier start time and shorter walk distance than normal for weekends, this circular canal based walk will be at a good pace, returning in time for Sunday lunch! Heading north from the Canal Centre at Mytchett the circular route crosses the main railway line via Frimley Aqueduct (built 1839), then extends east to reach attractive lock 28 before returning through pine woodland.
Park either off-road alongside Mytchett Place Road or at the Canal Centre CP. Meet in front of the Canal Centre main entrance.
