BOOKING ESSENTIAL - Yalding and Nettlestead Circular Walk

From Yalding we follow the Greensand Way through farmland and woods, passing Roydon Hall which used to be the UK centre for Transcendental Meditation and where The Beatles hung out in the Sixties. We then pass the East Woods of Mereworth Castle where we can see two of the many follies contained on the private estate. We then head through farmland and pass St. Mary the Virgin Church in Nettlestead and head down to the banks of the River Medway and follow the towpath back to Yalding. (Note: Only 12 people and 1 walk leader are permitted on this walk)
