If you have booked and then find that you cannot go on the walk, please contact the Walk Leader so that someone on the waiting list can take your place. The Walk Leader will keep a registration sheet with your name and telephone number for three weeks as part of trace and track in case of anyone developing COVID19 symptoms.
Although difficult, you must adhere to the 2 - metre social distance rule at all times. Of course, you should only come on the walk if you are feeling well and have not tested positive to COVID19.
Walkers should carry their ICE (in case of emergency) card, their own face mask, hand sanitiser, medication, plasters etc. Each leader will also have a more comprehensive first aid kit with them.
Please read the guidance about walking with the Ramblers under COVID19 guidance on Ramblers Scotland web-site.
